Glitter is definitely the key to bringing the party spirit to your nails. This gorgeous colour from Topshop includes a selection of glitters in different sizes and added fine shimmer in pinks, silvers and purples with a holographic finish.
The coverage isn’t as it good as I expected from the dispersion of glitter in the bottle, however, a couple of coats of this polish over your favourite spring colour will add little bit of sparkle to your day. Luckily you can build the layers without it looking clumpy and, whilst I lost count of how many coats were required to achieve an opaque look, I was left with amazing mini glitter balls on my nails – perfect for any party!
I have one of these from Topshop but can’t remember what it’s called now, but I really like it. I think it works best over another colour, like you say. It lasts quite long on the nails too which is always a bonus!
